A little about The PROMAS Landlord Software Center.
The PROMAS Landlord Software Center (CMS, Inc.) was established in 1984 and is the developer of a number of specialized vertical market software products.
After providing contract software services to Federal Government Agencies and private firms, the initial property management software product was released in 1989. That was followed with an association management product in 1991.
In 1994 PROMAS and the Landlord Software Center partnered to develop the Windows versions of the two products. Those were released in late 1995. PROMAS subsequently purchased the Landlord Software Center and became The PROMAS Landlord Software Center.
In 1998 PROMAS purchased RPM software, a leading supplier of rental software to fee-based managers. Over 2800 companies currently use the PROMAS software for their rental management and association management requirements.
PROMAS was selected as Vendor of the Year in 2000 and 2005 by the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM) and Affiliate of the Year in 2002 and 2007 by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). The PROMAS Landlord Software Center headquarters is located in Vienna, Virginia.
