Networking: This module will allow you to have multiple people accessing the database at the same time. The software necessary to connect the computers must already be in place.

Maintenance/ Work orders: This module will allow you to enter and track work orders.  They can be turned into invoices, used to hold back money from owner distributions, printed for vendors.

Internet Publishing: This module will allow you to upload your owner statements to HomeRentals.net where owners can log in and view their statements online.

Check reader: This module allows you to scan checks from tenants, reading the MICR information and automatically filling in the tenant's name and check number.

Tax Collection: This module will allow you to compute tax on rent and management fees for state authorities and agent commissions on rent.

Commercial: This module will allow you to compute and implement CPI rent increases, compute and post CAM and escalation charges, and reconcile those at year end.
