PROMAS Version 12 is a per unit priced product and is available in several forms, described below: license, SaaS, leased.
PROMAS License - Version 12
A one time cost entitles you to use the product that was available at the time of purchase indefinately and run it on premises or in the cloud using the service provider of your choice. All modules are enabled. PROMAS Central, an online portal for owners, tenants and property managers, is an additional $539/year. Support agreements include up to 12 1/2 hours of telephone and email support and the right tup upgrade to the latest release of the product at no additional cost.

PROMAS SaaS - Version 12
A monthly subscription. The product is hosted, backed up, updated and maintained in the cloud. Access is via Remote Desktop Connection or web browser. All modules except commercial are enabled. User can purchase a license at any time to take advantage of the license flexibility. $100 base plus $0.60 per unit per month, sold in 50 unit increments.12 month minimum. Network seats based on units - $70 for each additional network seat. PROMAS Central subscription included. Includes upgrades and support. One-time setup = one month fee.

PROMAS Leased - Version 12
Leased software can be installed on a single workstation; on a peer to peer network; in a client server environment; or used through terminal services, citrix or remote desktop. The program can be hosted for remote access from a computer, tablet or iPad.
$60 base plus $0.50 per unit per month. 12 month minimum. All modules enabled. Includes upgrades and support.
